Cookie policy

Nice and simple: this site does not use cookies. No banner to click away, no tracking, no ad cookies. Here is what that means in practice and what changes when you follow a link to another site.

Contains promotional links.

We set no cookies

Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device to remember settings or track activity. The chickenroad.radio.am site does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, social media widgets or similar technologies such as local storage for tracking.

Because nothing is stored on your device by us, we do not need to ask for your consent, and that is why you will not see a cookie banner on our pages.

Hosting and security

Our pages are delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This is described in our privacy policy. We do not use this data for tracking or profiling.

Why we chose not to use cookies

Our pages cover one game, Chicken Road, and they work perfectly well without remembering anything about you. We do not need to know how often you visit, where you came from or what else you read online, so we simply do not collect it. Running without cookies also keeps the pages light and quick to load on mobile connections, and means there is no consent pop-up getting in the way of the content.

Third-party websites

Some links on our pages lead to other websites, including sources such as regulators and helplines, and promotional links to third-party operators. Those sites may set their own cookies as soon as you arrive, and their own cookie and privacy policies apply. We have no control over them, as our terms of use also note. You can manage or delete cookies set by other sites through your browser settings.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every modern browser, including Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, lets you see, block and delete cookies in its privacy settings. You can choose to block third-party cookies, clear cookies when you close the browser or use a private window. These settings apply to every website you visit, so they are a useful way to control what operator sites and other third parties store once you leave our pages. Blocking cookies will not affect how our site works, because it does not rely on them.

Changes

If we ever add a feature that uses cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it. Questions can be sent to contact@chickenroad.radio.am, or see our contact page for questions.
