Your data

Privacy Policy

The short version: this site collects almost nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ads and no forms. The details below explain the little data that is processed and why.

Contains promotional links.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is the operator of chickenroad.radio.am, contact: contact@chickenroad.radio.am. This policy applies to all editions of chickenroad.radio.am. It was last updated on 29 October 2026.

What data we collect

This website is built from static HTML pages. It has no user accounts, no comment sections, no newsletter sign-up and no contact forms. We do not run analytics software, advertising scripts, social media widgets or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We also do not buy, rent or receive personal data about visitors from other companies, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers, data brokers or casino operators. Affiliate links on our pages do not pass your name, email or any other personal details to the operator; any tracking that happens after you click takes place on the operator's side, under its own policy.

In practice, personal data reaches us in only two ways: technical data processed by our hosting provider when you load a page, and the content of any email you choose to send us.

Hosting and server logs

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. Like any web server, it processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time of the request and the referring address. This data is used to deliver pages, protect the site against attacks and abuse, and keep it running reliably.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors or to market to anyone. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy and retention rules, and it may handle data in several countries under appropriate safeguards.

If you email us

If you write to our contact address, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to read and answer your message, for example to fix a correction you reported. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell or share your address, or use it for marketing.

We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless we need to keep a record of a correction or a legal matter. The legal basis is your consent in contacting us and our legitimate interest in answering.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. Details are in our cookie policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR in the European Union and the UK give you rights over your personal data. These can include the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Since we hold very little data, in most cases this would concern an email you sent us.

To use any of these rights, write to contact@chickenroad.radio.am. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us by email and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because we collect so little data, there is very little that could be exposed. Emails are stored in a secured mailbox with access limited to the people who run the site.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we ever added a feature that processes more data, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and change the date at the top. Related information is in our terms of use.
