Contact us

Need to reach us? Email is the only way, and that is on purpose: no forms, no tracking, just a plain inbox read by a real person. Here is what we can help with, what we cannot, and where to go if your problem is with a casino rather than with us.

Our email address

You can write to chickenroad.radio.am at contact@chickenroad.radio.am. Please include the address of the page you are writing about, so we can find the right section quickly.

We read every message ourselves. We do not use contact forms, chat widgets or tracking on this site, so email is simply the most private and direct way to reach us. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

What to write to us about

We welcome messages about corrections, such as a wrong figure or a broken source link, and about information that has gone out of date, for example a change to provincial rules or a new version of the game. A link to an official source helps us check and fix things faster. You can also write with partnership or advertising questions; any partnership is subject to the content standards, described on our about page.

What we cannot do

This site writes about the game; we do not run casino accounts or game servers. We cannot access your casino account, reset passwords, process withdrawals or settle payout disputes.

Problem with a casino? Contact the operator's support first and keep records. If you play on an Ontario-regulated site and the operator's formal complaints process does not resolve it, you can complain to the AGCO. In Alberta's regulated market, the Alberta iGaming Corporation handles public complaints. For a provincial Crown platform, contact the platform and then your provincial regulator. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission handles complaints about its own licensees.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few working days, but we cannot promise a set time, especially for complex questions that need fresh research. We do not reply to messages asking for predictors, tricks or ways to beat the game, because none exist, as the Chicken Road game overview explains.

Corrections that affect safety, such as a wrong helpline number or an outdated licensing rule, get priority. Please never send us identity documents, banking details or casino passwords; we do not need them and will not ask for them.

If you need help with gambling

If gambling is causing stress for you or someone you know, you do not have to wait for us. In Ontario, ConnexOntario offers free, confidential support 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600. Other provinces have their own lines, listed on our responsible gambling page.
