Our email address
Write to chickenroad.radio.am at contact@chickenroad.radio.am. We do not use a contact form, live chat or phone line, and we do not run social media accounts that take messages on our behalf. If someone contacts you claiming to be us and offering predictions, signals or casino accounts, it is not us.
What to write to us about
- Corrections: a figure, rule or fact on the site that you believe is wrong. The corrections policy explains how they are fixed.
- Outdated information: a changed RTP build, a new rule or a dead source link.
- Partnership questions from businesses, sent to the same address.
We do not offer personal advice on which casino to join, which bonus to take or how to win. We also do not sell predictions or tips, and nobody acting on our behalf ever will. What the site does offer is the general information in the Chicken Road game overview.
When reporting an error, please include the page address and, if possible, a source we can check. It helps us fix things faster. How we handle your email is set out in our privacy policy.
What we cannot do
We cannot help with casino accounts, deposits, withdrawals, verification or bonus disputes, because player accounts are held by the operator and only the operator can access them. If you have a problem with a UK-licensed operator, raise a formal complaint with the operator first. If that does not resolve it, take it to the approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider named in the operator's terms. The UK Gambling Commission explains this complaint route and lets you check whether a business is licensed.
Unlicensed sites. If the casino holds no UK licence, these protections usually do not apply. Contact your bank about any payment you believe was fraudulent.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few working days, but we cannot promise a fixed time. Corrections that affect safety or legal information are prioritised.
If you need help with gambling
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you problems, please do not wait for an email reply from us. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133, and if you are in England, Scotland or Wales you can also chat online via GamCare. To block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites at once, register with GamStop. More options are on our responsible gambling page.
